Well Lab

Well Lab: where the idea becomes the piece.

Well Lab is the clinic's own digital laboratory, under the same roof. Veneers, implant prostheses, orthodontic planning models, and precision surgical guides all pass through it, with intraoral scanning, 3D design, and an end-to-end CAD/CAM workflow. It is connected to the DSD Center in Madrid, calibrated by the same protocols that trained more than 80 countries.

Why it matters

Planning and production breathe together.

Because the laboratory is internal, the clinical planning and the production of the piece stay connected. The dentist sees the piece being born, the technician understands the clinical intention, and the patient receives a result thought through and executed by the same team.

01

Intraoral scanning

High precision digital capture, without uncomfortable impression trays.

02

3D design

The piece is designed digitally, following the plan built with Digital Smile Design.

03

CAD/CAM production

Manufactured on site, in an end-to-end digital workflow.

04

Adjustments on site

Because the laboratory is in the same building, refinements happen without sending the case away.

Frequently asked questions

What patients ask us.

Is the laboratory really inside the clinic?

Yes. Well Lab operates under the same roof, which is why planning and production stay connected and adjustments happen on site.

What is the connection to the DSD Center in Madrid?

The laboratory operates with continuous calibration to the DSD Center in Madrid: updated protocols and a maintained reference library.

Does that change the result for a patient?

It means the dentist and the technician work on the same case together, and that refinements do not depend on sending the piece elsewhere.

Can I be seen in English?
