Prostheses and rehabilitation

Fixed dentures exist. And there is more than one path.

Yes, fixed dentures exist: a fixed prosthesis that replaces teeth without coming out of the mouth. It can be supported by teeth, by implants, or rehabilitate a full arch, the full protocol. At Well Clinic Odontologia, in São Paulo, prostheses are planned digitally and produced at the Well Lab, the clinic's own laboratory.

How it works at Well

Rehabilitation is not only putting a tooth where one is missing.

It is restoring how you bite, chew, speak, and breathe. Each piece comes from a clinical decision that involves appearance, function, and a systemic reading.

01

A 2-hour first consultation

Remaining teeth, gums, bite, jaw joint, habits, and overall health. The whole case is understood before any decision about the prosthesis.

02

Digital planning

The path is defined in the planning: over teeth, over implants, or a full arch. You see the plan before it starts.

03

Production at the Well Lab

The pieces are produced at the clinic's own digital laboratory, in a CAD/CAM workflow.

04

Fitting and follow-up

The prosthesis is fitted and adjusted, and the case is followed over time.

Fixed or removable?

  • A fixed prosthesis stays in the mouth day to day: only the dentist removes it
  • A conventional denture is removable and rests on the gum
  • For a full arch supported by implants, see All-on-4 implants
  • Which option fits your case is a planning decision, made after your evaluation
